Professional Clinician Registration
Patient PrivacyInnerlife STS supports patient privacy by providing for unique, anonymous names to be entered into the System to refer to patients, instead of patient-identifying information. Clinical users must keep their own cross-reference tables to correlate these anonymious patient usernames to the real patient names. It is the responsibility of the clinician or clinic using the System to determine whether the extent to which method assists them in satisfying their HIPAA compliance obligations. License and RegulationInnerlife STS is designed as a tool to be used by a licensed clinical professional, and is not a substitute for the judgment of such professional. As such, no claims are made with respect to any independent compliance by this tool with regulatory standards. Please see our website http://www.innerlife.com/clinician/publications for a partial list of publications or research that has gone into the development of the System. |
